Luncheon: Jeff Isaac, Boy Scouts of America, Pathway to Adventure Council

Scout Executive/CEO
Pathway to Adventure Council
Chicago, IL

Jeff Isaac is the CEO of the Pathway to Adventure Council, Boy Scouts of America located in the West Loop neighborhood.  Jeff began his career with the Boy Scouts of America 30 years ago in Montgomery Alabama and has been a CEO of 3 different councils for over 15 years.

Jeff excels at revenue generation processes, including creating Wealth Management seminars to attract and engage high net worth managers and creating strategic alliances to provide financial assistance to hard-to-serve areas.  He developed a cash flow tracking system that provides a real-time view of the organization's cash position.

Jeff was instrumental in recruiting the first-ever female Board Chair in the Boy Scouts of America in the state of Florida.

Jeff is the main designer of the Restoring the Village program; a unique Scouting concept that coincides with providing quality Scouting programs in hard-to-serve areas utilizing community leaders and African-American and Latino fraternities.
