Luncheon: Meghan Jorgensen, CURE Epilepsy

Meghan Jorgensen has spent the last 20 years working in development, with a primary focus on healthcare
organizations and causes. Her experiences have shaped her expertise in fundraising, staff development, financial and operational management, and community engagement. As Director of Development, Meghan oversees all aspects of fundraising within CURE, fostering a culture of philanthropy to realize the organization’s mission of finding a cure for epilepsy. Prior to her current role, Meghan worked at Presence Health, The Field Museum and American Brain Tumor Association where she successfully built strong relationships with colleagues, volunteer leaders, donors, and corporate partners and implemented best practices within the development teams. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Aurora University and a Master of Social Work from The University of Chicago.
